HEAT RECOVERY IN DUST COLLECTION SYSTEMS
Considering the increasing energy costs today, it has become an absolute necessity to save energy. It is also possible to save energy in dust collection systems.
When dust, gas and smoke are evacuated from factories, an equivalent amount of fresh air should be provided instead. The greater this amount of air, the greater will be the energy cost required to air conditioning. However, if this air can be filtered correctly, it is possible to clean the already air-conditioned air and give it back to the factory and get rid of these energy costs.
Heat recovery can be done in 12 months of the year, or it can be done seasonally with a damper system to be installed. Thus, for example, you can let the heated air into the factory in the winter and throw it out completely in the summer.
It is possible to make this application for all dusts except dusts that are directly harmful to the human body.
